We start with a conversation to understand your business, your goals, and your current challenges. This is where we take a full look at what you need.
Step 2
Brand & Market Review
I review your brand, your market position, and your competitors. This gives us the context needed to plan communications that stand out.
Step 3
Reporting & Ideas
You receive a report with practical recommendations. This may include strategy, content themes, a social media plan, or an audit of your website or social channels.
Step 4
Review Meeting
We meet again to walk through the report together, answer questions, and shape your next steps. This is also a time to share additional ideas and plan how to move forward.
Ongoing Communication
I keep you involved throughout the process so you always know what’s happening. We’ll set up recurring check-in meetings ahead of time to stay updated on projects and priorities. You’ll also have an open line of communication with me through Google Chat, text, or WhatsApp for quick questions or updates in between meetings.
