Read the Collective Agreement
A Collective Agreement is a formal document outlining the negotiated terms and conditions of employment for faculty and staff. All universities publish one online.
This version was rebuilt and formatted to be accurate, well-structured, and easy to navigate. The full document can be viewed below.

"Heather helped our organization rebuild a large and complex document that was riddled with formatting inconsistencies and other structural challenges. The document features multiple sections, sub-sections, and several levels of ordered and unordered lists. This work required an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, including an understanding of formatting compatibility across operating systems.
Heather expertly rebuilt the document and provided guidance and training for managing revisions over the long-term.
What stood out to us was her persistence in finding solutions to some tricky technical issues that we encountered.
She was thoughtful, attentive, and detail-oriented, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise in her field.
We are grateful for her commitment to completing this project on time. Thank you, Heather! (From the whole team)"
